Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days! Please note, business days are Mondays-Fridays, and non-holiday days. We always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Not all of our products are vegan. We offer a vegan gift box, but if you have your eyes set on a particular gift box, pop us a message and we will happily customise the box to make it vegan friendly.
If you complete your order & then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us IMMEDIATELY! Once an order is shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.
If the address that you provide us is invalid & the package is returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping a second time to have your order shipped to a new address. If you choose to accept a refund instead, please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping & related processing fees that have already been consumed.
If you or your recipient's gift box was returned back to us, due to parcel not collected from the post office after delivery attempts. Once parcel is returned back to us, buyer will be responsible to cover the full cost of shipping plus handling fee

We do NOT print or include an invoice in the package. Please reach out to us if you need a 2nd copy sent to you via email or ETSY conversation.
If a package has not arrived within 5-8 business days, something could be wrong. Please look out for the courier slip through the door, if you missed your parcel or its been dropped at a safe place/ neighbours or check the tracking number. After all this, please contact us.

Small and large parcels are sent via Royal Mail by 2nd class post, these are not tracked and signed but if you’d like an upgrade on your postage, please send a DM before ordering so this can be amended.
Customers are responsible for giving the correct address details at checkout, it is at the owners discretion whether changes of addresses can be added after purchase and will only be done so if the item hasn’t already been dispatched. Any requests in change of address should be done so via an ETSY message and not via email.
